I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for Matholino Plus.

Your declaration takes effect as soon as it reaches us. You will get a confirmation with a reference number by e-mail – keep it as proof.

This withdrawal notice applies to consumers who order Matholino Plus mainly for private purposes; the contracting party is the company named above. If you order for a school or an organisation, it is not a consumer contract – whether and until when you can cancel is shown in your account under “Subscription”.

Your right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail and Matholino Plus is unlocked.

How to withdraw

A clear declaration is enough: the form at the top of this page, an e-mail to the address above or – if you have a running subscription – the withdrawal under “Subscription” in your account. Sending your declaration in time is enough to meet the deadline.

What happens after a withdrawal

If the withdrawal is valid, we refund every payment we received – without delay and no later than 14 days after your declaration reaches us. Card payments go back to the same payment method; for an order by invoice we cancel the invoice or transfer back an amount you have already paid. The access to Matholino Plus bought with this order ends with the withdrawal. A free trial still running at the time of the order continues unchanged.
